OUR PROMISE TO YOU At Again, your privacy is a top priority. Your privacy is at the heart of how we design and develop the services and products you know and love, so that you can trust them fully and focus on making meaningful connections. We are keenly aware that you are placing your trust in us when you give us information about yourself, and we do not take that trust lightly. We do not compromise on your privacy. All of our products and services are designed with your privacy in mind. We strive to be transparent in how we handle your data. Since we use most of the online services you use, we know that a lack of information and overly complicated language are common problems in privacy policies. We take the opposite approach: we've written our privacy policy and related documents in plain language. We really want you to read our policies and understand our privacy practices! We work hard to protect your data. Privacy Policy Welcome to the Again Privacy Policy. Thank you for taking the time to read it. We understand that you trust us with your information and we intend to always maintain that trust. This starts with making sure you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and your choices about your information. This Policy describes our privacy practices in simple terms, keeping legal and technical jargon to a minimum. This Privacy Policy is effective as of December 3, 2020. The previous version of this Privacy Policy, available here, will apply until that date. EFFECTIVE DATE: December 3, 2020 1. Cross-Border Data Transfers The sharing of information set forth in Section 6 sometimes involves cross-border data transfers, for example to the United States of America and other jurisdictions. To protect the safety and security of our users on and off our services, we implement a three-month security retention window after account deletion. During this period, account information will be retained even though the account will no longer be visible on the Services. In practice, we delete or anonymize your information when you delete your account (following the security retention window) or after two years of continuous inactivity. 8.
